Every resident's room at Hoyeon Residence Complex has an individual bed, desks, and clothes chests. Also, Hoyeon Residence Complex has many subsidiary facilities such as lounges, seminar rooms, showers, self-service coin laundries, ironing rooms, cafeteria, dormitory store, reading rooms, yoga rooms, piano rooms, rock band rooms, and the Sky Cafe.
Libertas Dormitory, Justitia Dormitory, Veritas Dormitory and Futurus Dormitory have cooling and heating systems and elevator facilities, and all Halls have the Internet LAN facilities to help the residents have more convenient and better communication with other people. Also, all Halls at Hoyeon Residence Complex have the best quality of facilities and environment to help all residents be ready for internationalization, intellectualization, and professionalization.
