Pass Card

• When the resident passes the gate or eats meals, he or she usually has to use a pass card issued by the university, in which the room number, personal information, and pass information are installed
• The pass card can be only used by the resident him or herself.
• Please do not entrust your pass card to other people, and do not separate the room key from the pass card.

Pass Gate

• Pass gates are set up in all entrance doors of Hoyeon Residence Complex to monitor everyone.
• Non-residents are prohibited from entering the dormitory by an automatic gate.
• Thus, residents should use their the pass cards before entering the pass gate.

Pass Way

• The Pass system is installed in all Halls of Hoyeon Residence Complex.
• All residents who are going in and out should check their pass card in the gate reader machine, and they have to follow the rule "Right Check! Keep to the Left!" Also, other articles you possess can cause a malfunction in a pass gate sensor, so the residents need to carry all their articles over the gate.
• All information recorded in the gate pass system can be utilized for all residents' comings and goings.
• Please take care when using your gate pass card.
