2019-2 Application for Graduate Students

This is the guideline for all graduate students of Korea University, Sejong Campus. Graduate students who want to live in dormitory MUST apply for it by oneself.

1. How to apply

■ Application Period : Jun. 26(Wen) ~ Jul. 14(Sun)

2. Announcement of the Result : Jul. 23(Tue) 15:00

3. Registration(payment) Period : Jul. 23(Tue) ~ Jul. 25(Thu)

☞ Visit Hoyeon Residence Complex Homepage and check the bill.

4. Dormitory Fees(Except for meals)

☞ Period of Residency : Sep. 1(Sun). 2019 ~ Feb. 14(Fri). 2020

☞ All residents who want to have meals should purchase meal coupons in Truth Hall after check-in dormitory. 

☞ Dormitory Fees are measured based on management expenses of a full semester and it can fluctuate depending on increase public utility fees.

5. Dormitory Fee Refund Policy

☞ In case of mid-term moving out, partial refund will be according to the refund policy based on the moving out date.

6. Additional Information

■ Check Hoyeon Residence Complex website frequently. Hoyeon Residence Complex does not contact the candidates about the result personally. Students have to check the result by themselves through our website.

■ You have to bring the medical certificate (Tuberculosis) when you register Hoyeon Residence Complex.
